Shipping & Turnaround Policy

The Process

Our service begins once we receive your materials.

  1. Receipt: We will notify you via email as soon as ashes arrive.
  2. Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for us to carefully process and complete your order.
  3. Dispatch: Once finished, your order is securely packaged and dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Tracked & Insured).

Shipping Rates & Delivery

To ensure your items are handled with the highest level of security and speed, we exclusively use Royal Mail’s premium tracked service.

  • Shipping Charge: Flat rate of £15.45.
  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your package is on its way, allowing you to follow its journey to your door.

Sending Your Materials to Us

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost and safety of shipping their materials to us. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery) to ensure your items reach us safely.

-Place order on Shopify

-Wait for your order to be accepted

-Package 50g of ashes following Royal Mail Special Delivery Guidance (LINK)  into a sealed container, tightly packed with outer cushioning and strong outer packaging

-Senders Name and Return Address must be visible on the outside of the package

-Inside the package place a note with: Order Number, Name of the Deceased, Return Address, Your Name
